The primary mission and goal of the Pacific Islander Festival Association is to:
Promote charitable and educational projects for the benefit of everyone, but with emphasis on the Indigenous People of Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia.
Provide educational and cultural resources to everyone, but with emphasis on the Indigenous People of Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia.
Actively participate in the promotion and perpetuation of the traditional cultures, ancient historical data, languages, attitudes and values of the Indigenous People of Melanesia, Micronesia and Polynesia.

No, there is no admittance fee to enter the Pacific Islander Festival.
There will be a fee for parking in the west side parking lots just west of Ski Beach near the Paradise Point Resort. The cost for parking in these lots will be $20.00 per vehicle. No in and out privileges will be allowed.
There are a limited number of handicapped spaces available on a first come basis.
UBER and LYFT drop-off and pickup across the street at Paradise Point.
The festival opens to the public at 7:30am both days.
No pop-up tents and umbrellas are allowed for the 2023 festival.
No coolers are allowed. This is a FREE event so please support our vendors who enable us to keep it free. We will have numerous drink stations throughout the park.
Round trip cost is $2.00 per seat.
PIFA brings to the public two shuttle locations. Directions to the parking lots and pickup points are as follows:
Parking location number one: Sun runner Parking Lot located just off of the 5 freeway exit Sea World Dr. First dirt parking lot on left upon exiting the freeway. (First run is 6am)
Parking location number two: Hospitality Point on Quivira Blvd. From West Mission Bay Dr., turning left onto Quivira Rd. Quivira Rd., becomes Quivira Blvd., upon following bend in road. Parking lot is on left side. (First run is 6:00am)
Both lots will have signs with directions and lot names. No parking for shared rides, shuttles only.
We are proud to welcome over 22 food, 60 craft and 23 information booth vendors.
Please bring a non-perishable food item as we will have food bins upon entering.
We are Family-Friendly and offer cultural workshops all day in o0ur Cultural Village.
The 2023 PIFA T-shirts with our new logo will be sold at our Information Booth at the festival.
The Information Booth will be located just north of the festival stage. Price is $20, $25 for 2xlarge and higher.
